How long does delivery take?

Why might products arrive separately?
Zone Aura works with fulfillment partners, and different products can come from different locations. If an order contains multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages.
Can I track my order?
When tracking is available, order updates are sent to the email address used at checkout.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Contact us as soon as possible after placing an order. If the item has already entered fulfillment, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
What if something arrives damaged or incorrect?
