Return and Refund Policy
We want you to feel confident shopping with Zone Aura. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help.
Return window
You may request a return within 14 days after your order is delivered. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging when possible.
How to start a return
Contact us before sending any item back. Some products ship directly from supplier partners, and the correct return address can vary by item. Items sent back without first contacting us may not be accepted.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review the case and work on a replacement, refund, or other appropriate solution.
Non-returnable items
Certain items may not be eligible for return, including used items, final sale items, gift cards, personalized items, hygiene-sensitive products, or items returned outside the return window.
Refunds
If your return is approved and received, we will notify you after inspection. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund.
Shipping costs
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our side, a damaged item, or a defective item. Return shipping costs may be the customer's responsibility unless otherwise confirmed by Zone Aura.
Order changes and cancellations
Orders can only be changed or cancelled before they are processed by our fulfillment partners. Because many items move quickly into fulfillment, cancellation is not guaranteed.
